POCCAT provides a spending tracker application that allows users to capture receipts, extract transaction information, organize expenses, and generate shareable reports. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to POCCAT, including receipts and transaction data. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services.

Certain features may require a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may change our pricing upon reasonable notice. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

All content, software, and materials provided by POCCAT are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which POCCAT is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
